well appointed and wonderful hotel located in a lovely area near the lake and the surrounding area and the alleys of the town and bank, supermarket, restaurants. newly remodelled room with good heater and with a lot of space.

The venue has functional rooms with a balcony, personal transportation to the train station, great breakfast and very good staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is QUIET.

The hotel had a marvelous location just a minute walk from a charming romanesque rural church. There was an excellent restaurant, stores, and a supermarket conveniently located next door. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was lovely. - the breakfast was fantastic with meats and local cheeses and the staff were friendly and nice.

The breakfast at La Casa Del Poeta offers delicious local products like meats and cheese. the staff is very good and accommodating. - the location in Dervio is stunning, close to the lake, main services, activities, and ferries.

The location is perfect for exploring Lake Como and the surrounding areas. We had so much fun visiting the beautiful villas, quaint villages, and picturesque valleys. And let's not forget about the slow bike tour we embarked on - it was such a cool way to see the high lake region. Oh, and the boat trips to Santa Maria Rezzonico and Corenno Plinio were epic!

If I had to ask for one thing to make the stay even more fun for us party-loving teenagers, it would be some more lively nightlife options in the area. We had an amazing time during the day, but it would've been awesome to have a few more places to dance the night away with our friends.

La Casa Del Poeta was an excellent starting point for our family to discover the beauty of Lake Como, its charming villas, and the surrounding valleys. We enjoyed exploring Valsassina, Valchiavenna, and Valtellina, which offered breathtaking landscapes and picturesque villages. The slow bike tour allowed us to immerse ourselves in the stunning high lake area, creating unforgettable memories. Boat trips to the enchanting towns of Santa Maria Rezzonico and Corenno Plinio were a delightful way to experience the local culture and enjoy the sparkling waters of the lake.

My children wished there was a small playground on the hotel grounds.
